At each obstacle, the judge seized the result of crossing the obstacle by the rider on a digital tablet. The datas are transmitted by radio to the XC HQ for integration and computer processing.
Each major player can be geolocated. Relief teams, Zone leaders, Ground Jury for example are visible on a map. The race director visualizes the position and movements of each one live.
The data sent by the fence judges is integrated into the XCCS software. They are enriched by the analysis and the software indicates the position of the competitor on the course and displays all the parameters allowing the clerk of the race to make any relevant decision according to the race events.
When the situation requires it, the system delivers all the information through an audible and visual warning system. The time remaining before the arrival of a competitor on the zone is counted automatically (display and speech synthesis). In case of stopping a competitor on an obstacle, the downtime is calculated by the system and printed immediately to be made available to the jury.
